Advocate, Change Agent and Artist Melanie Jai is a rebel with a heart, using her candid and alluring artworks to invite liberation from a life suppressed by abuse-related trauma. Moulded to be compliant and silent until two catastrophic events led to her
complete breakdown, the climb that followed is a testament to her tenacity and resilience, and an unwillingness to give up despite all odds.

Her whimsical childlike themes share those stories often kept behind closed doors, starting essential conversations around processing complex emotions,
but in lyrical way.
